Bandits brutally killed 8 Farmers in Kaduna Fresh attack. Kaduna Police has confirmed the killings of farmers in Udawa villages in Chikun Local Government area by bandits.
It was gathered that the fresh attacks occurred on friday morning when the bandits attacked the villages resulting in the death of the farmers. While others sustained serious injuries.

“Yes, there were attacks on farmers in Buruku and Udawa communities. But the number of casualties has not been ascertained. As soon as we get the details, we will make it public.”
Though the Police could not confirm the number of the victims, a community leader in the area told journalists eight farmers were killed in the two communities.
A community leader, Muhammed Umar, who confirmed the attacks on Saturday said, the victims were attacked while working on their farms.
According to him: “Five farmers were killed in Buruku while three were killed in Udawa. We are tired of burying our men daily. We need help.”
Another resident, Malam Lawal Isa said: “Attacks by bandits have become almost a daily occurrence in our communities. We cannot go to farms freely and we cannot even sleep in our homes peacefully.”
It would be recalled in recent times, the two villages located along Kaduna-Birnin Gwari highway have been under constant attacks by the bandits.
