Family begins search for man who jumped into Lagos Lagoon

The family of a man who reportedly jumped into a Lagoon located in the Epe area of Lagos have begun searching for him.

A Lagosian man simply identified as Olalekan Odunare was spotted in a viral video sitting on the handrail of Lagos Bridge before he jumped into the Lagoon.

In the video, the voice of an individual filming is heard asking Olalekan what was wrong with him but he did not respond.

The reason for his suicide is yet unknown at the time of filing this report.

Usman, a relative of Olalekan told the NAN that the family has commenced a search for him
