After attempting to get her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, booted from their Montana ranch, a judge has reportedly ruled he can stay.
“Kelly recently had a major legal setback in a bid to get Brandon evicted from the Montana property that the judge awarded solely to her,” an insider squealed to UsWeekly.
“He has been living in it and said he doesn’t have the financial means to afford to purchase a residence of his own at this time, citing the unresolved financial aspect of their divorce.”
“I might be more of a coffee person, like I don’t know if I’m ready to invest in an evening with you,” Kelly said, before joking, “I’m going to be single forever.”

During the Dec. 13 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, guest Andy gave his best tips for being single.
“When I’m on dates with people, I always want to know what they think is funny and what shows they watch,” Andy advised. “It’s a great way to figure out, to me, can we hang together?”
Host Kelly admitted, “I’m not good at that. I’m always like that person that’s like, ‘I don’t know. Maybe they’re having an off day.'”

A divorce judge has ruled that singer and show host, Kelly Clarkson owns the Montana ranch she once shared with her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock.
Prior to the ruling and signing off of their divorce, Brandon has been living at the ranch. TMZ had reported that Kelly has been working to kick Brandon off the ranch, but he’s not making it easy.
